A Race Instructor is available as an add-on to any package. A Race Instructor is highly recommended for larger events that have booked 6 or more cars.

Each standard rental includes three full hours of ride time. Our team will arrive before your event to set up and will return after it ends to pack everything up — setup and takedown are not included in your three-hour rental window.

Absolutely! Our cars are built with young drivers in mind and run at slow, safe speeds. If a Race Instructor is added they will supervise the experience to make sure everyone stays safe and has fun. 

Our standard ride-on cars are best suited for children ages 2 to 6 with a weight limit of up to 55 lbs. For older kids, we offer extra-large models that can accommodate riders up to 130 lbs, typically ages 7 to 10.

Our ride-on cars perform best on smooth, dry surfaces like pavement, concrete, or blacktop. We’ve successfully hosted events in driveways, cul-de-sacs, parks, and even some backyards — as long as the surface is flat and firm. Please note that grass, gravel, or uneven terrain is not suitable for safe operation.

No — Lil Racers Car Club is a fully mobile service. We deliver the cars straight to your event location and pick them up afterward, so there’s no need to visit a storefront.

While our vehicles are built to be tough, accidents can still happen. We carefully inspect each car before and after every event. If there’s any damage beyond normal wear and tear, we’ll walk you through the details and explain any related charges. Promptly reporting any issues helps us maintain safety for everyone.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable, especially when bookings are made months in advance. If rain is in the forecast, we’re happy to reschedule your event to a new date, subject to availability.

Our ride-on cars must be kept dry and are not weather-resistant. If rain or snow is expected during your rental period, it is your responsibility to move the cars to a covered or sheltered area.
You may be held financially responsible for any damage caused by exposure to rain, snow, or other harsh weather conditions.

Please note that inflatable items and concessions do not come with a generator. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the event location has access to a working electrical outlet. Extension cords are available upon request. If no outlet is available, you may rent a generator from us or provide your own.
Important: No refunds will be issued due to lack of access to electricity.

 We handle delivery, setup, and pickup—so you can focus on enjoying your event. Lil Racers Car Club serves all of New Jersey, NY, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Travel & Cleaning Fees are separate.

A signed contract and a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the date and time. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event date. 

Weekends and holidays tend to book up fast, so we recommend reserving your date as early as possible. To book, simply contact us with your preferred date, location, and number of cars. We’ll check availability and send you a rental agreement to confirm your reservation.

All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule your event. Events can be rescheduled up to one year from the date of service. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on our availability. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for rescheduling and are non-refundable. 

Yes—provided the venue permits ride‑on vehicles and meets our surface requirements. Many parks require the venue to be added to the certificate of insurance.  Contact the venue ahead of time to confirm requirements and email us at lilracerscarclubnj@gmail.com with the Venue Name and Address that needs to be listed on the certificate of insurance.
